As the Business Change Lead for National Gas Metering, you'll take a strong emphasis on strategic change, programme management, continuous improvement, and digital change.
 
You’ll be responsible for driving and inspiring change through a culture of trust and collaboration, leading transformational and continual improvement activities across people, process and systems, that enable and accelerate optimal business outcomes and people engagement. 
 
Leading the deployment of lean and agile principles (with the support of the 6 direct reports) will help to put people at the heart of our business, facilitating employee led focus groups, building strong cross-functional working relationships, accountability and resilience.
 
Your annual budget responsibility will be circa £600k with an exciting project already underway! We are transitioning to Maximo, with lot of the change work scoped out, you'll need to take over the reins, amend as you see fit and successfully delivery the project.
 
To be successful in this role you'll be people focused, strategic planner, have a problem solving and continuous improvement mindset, hold a Six Sigma accreditation (black belt) or alike and have experience in dealing with large scale change projects and / or multiple simultaneous change projects.
